Organizational Structure

PT Trialogix Integra Perkasa is supported by a solid and well-structured organization consisting of 10 divisions with a total of 31 dedicated professionals. Our organizational structure is designed to ensure operational efficiency, strong coordination, and the successful achievement of company objectives.

The company is led by a Director and a General Manager who provide strategic direction and oversee overall business operations.

The Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) division manages talent development and administrative functions, while the Finance & Accounting team ensures accurate financial management and transparency.

The Purchasing & Logistics division is responsible for procurement activities and the smooth distribution of project materials. The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) division ensures the implementation of strict safety standards and environmental compliance across all operations.

Our Sales team actively drives business growth and maintains strong relationships with clients. The Project Engineering division consists of experienced professionals specializing in planning and design.

Our Technician team (10 professionals) and Engineering team (7 experts) are skilled personnel who support project implementation and on-site installation, integration, and execution of automation, control, instrumentation, and electrical systems, ensuring that every task is carried out with high standards of quality and safety.
